All products (except demo and used items) are covered by our 30-day in-home money back guarantee.

After installation, our products need only 10 – 15 hours to warm up before sounding their best in any audio system.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of your home audition (regardless of the original order date & shipping transit time), please return the item in its original condition and original un-damaged packaging for a refund of the purchase price.  

U.S. SHIPPING INFORMATION

All products are manufactured at the time of order and most orders ship within 72 hours. Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground, unless otherwise specified.

Blueberry Hill Audio will pay all shipping and handling charges. Return shipping charges, including proper insurance, are the responsibility of the customer.
